The doctors are often asked to complete various forms and there will be a charge if this is not part of your NHS care. We anticipate that forms will usually be completed within 3 weeks.

Non NHS patients
Patients who are not eligible for NHS treatment, usually because they are visitors from a country without reciprocal healthcare arrangements with the UK, can be seen as private patients. The charges are:
